1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

The item delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described

You receive an incorrect product

The item is non-functional on arrival (Dead on Arrival – DOA)

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be returned with original packaging, accessories, user manuals, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

Opened or used ink/toner cartridges

Software licenses or digital downloads

Customized or special-order products

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Our team will verify the request and guide you on the return shipping process.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
