3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes and order values.

Please ensure exact cash is provided to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

In case of refusal to accept COD order, future COD orders may be restricted.

If you place a COD order, our team will contact you on 8948079392, on which you will have to pay Rs 100 for placing the COD order.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders will only be confirmed once the payment is successfully completed (except COD).

In case of payment failure, please retry or use an alternate payment method.

5. Refunds & Payment Reversals

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet transfer after confirmation.
